Bowen Weir, CCIM
Founder + Principal
Bowen is the Founder and Principal of B4 Properties. He specializes in site selection and acquisitions for local, regional, and national buyers / tenants throughout the Gulf South. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Bowen is committed to growing his market knowledge and skill sets to better serve his clients.
Bowen earned his undergraduate degree in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) in 2009, and his Master's in Business Administration from the University of Memphis in 2012 with an emphasis on Real Estate.
Away from the office, Bowen is a husband to Maggie and a dad to Bowen V and Grace. He's happiest outdoors, whether that means fishing, hunting, or playing tennis.
Bowen and his family are members of Eastern Shore Presbyterian Church.
Seth Shirley
Commercial Broker
Born and raised in Baldwin County, Seth joined B4 in 2023, coming from a background in horizontal development. Seth works across many asset classes, including land development, retail, office, industrial, and investment sales.
Seth graduated from Auburn University in 2022 with a degree in Building Science.
Seth is married to Joy and is a father to Reynolds. He enjoys traveling, being on the water, and anything else outdoors.
Seth and his family are members of Eastern Shore Presbyterian Church, where Seth serves as a deacon.
